is a
Japanese company that develops and distributes videogames. It was founded in 1979
as Japan Capsule Computers, a company dedicated to the manufacture and
distribution of video game machines. Its current name is the result of joining
Capsule Computers. In 2016 Capcom Ent., Inc.
moved to San Francisco.
Monster Hunter (2004)
Monster Hunter is the first installment of the action-adventure
videogame series from Capcom, appearing for the first time on the PlayStation 2
platform. It tells the story of the adventures of the village hero Kokoto, who
has the mission of protecting the village of the threat of a series of giant
creatures called Wyverns.
The game was released in Japan on March 11, 2004 and then in North
America on September 24, 2004. The game was relaunched in an expanded version
exclusively for Japan called Monster Hunter G and then taken to North America
and Europe in its portable version under the name of Monster Hunter Freedom for
the PlayStation Portable
Resident Evil (1996-2016)
name that is known in Japan-, renamed in the United States and Europe as Resident Evil ("the evil that resides") is a series of video games and a media franchise, including manga, novels, movies and collectibles as Action figures, strategy guides and other publications.1 Developed by Capcom and created by Shinji Mikami, the majority, by 2014, have sold 61 million copies of video games worldwide. As in the main saga of video games, as in other media, the plot revolves around the same conflict: the bioterrorist threat. A dangerous virus has spread by mistake or intentionally by the Umbrella Corporation, by infecting humans, transforming them into amorphous beings and monsters.
Power Stone (2006)
Power Stone is a fighting video game published by Capcom in 1999.
Power Stone was initially published on the Sega NAOMI hardware and later exported to the Dreamcast. In February of 2006 Capcom included all the series to the PSP with some improvements: in particular, the PSP of the original version of Power Stone includes the four new personages introduced in the Power Stone 2. An anime program was exhibited at the end of the decade of 1990
Devil May Cry 5 (2019)
is a hack and slash action game set in the classic Capcom franchise that, keeping Dante as the protagonist, introduces new enemies, gameplay and graphics but respecting the standards to which we are accustomed in the DMC franchise.
