Treyarch (founded in 1996)

Treyarch is an American video game development company founded in 1996 by Peter Akerman, Doğan Kösl. In 2001 it was bought by Activision. It is located in Santa Monica, California. In 2005, Gray Matter Interactive changed its name to Treyarch.1

As part of the 2007 Leipzig Games convention, Activision announced that Treyarch would be one of the three developers behind its first James Bond title, based on Quantum of Solace. The game was released on October 31, 2008 in Europe and November 4, 2008 in America. Beenox and Vicarious Visions would create for PC and handheld versions respectively. Treyarch is also an important promoter of the Call of Duty series. They have made Call of Duty 2: Big Red One, Call of Duty 3, Call of Duty: World at War, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 and Call of Duty Duty: Black Ops 4. They are also responsible for making the ports of the games of the saga made by Infinity Ward to the Wii and Wii U.2 consoles

It had a beta version for those who booked the game, from August 19 to 25 for PS4, and from August 26 to 29 on Xbox One and PC. This is the last game in the Call of Duty saga to be released for last generation consoles (PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360).
